Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to women aged 18 and over. Participants must be willing to travel at their own expense. Only one entry per person is allowed, and entries made on behalf of others are not permitted.
  2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 8/23/24 and ends on 8/30/24 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
  3. How to Enter: Complete the entry form above.
  4. Winner Selection: The winners will be chosen through a random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email by 9/2/24 and announced on FiftyLove Photography's Instagram and Facebook page with first name and last initial.
  5. Prize Redemption: Winners must redeem their prize within 6 months of the announcement. The photoshoots must be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. If the winner does not redeem their prize within this timeframe, it will be forfeited.
  6. Non-Transferable: The prizes is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. The winners must use the prize personally.
  7. Photo Release: By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to allow FiftyLove Photography to use selected images from the photoshoot for promotional purposes (with consent, of course).
  8. Exclusions: Any additional products or services beyond the giveaway package (e.g., additional images, prints, etc.) will be available for purchase at regular prices.
  9. Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent will be disqualified.
  10. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  11. Modification/Cancellation: FiftyLove Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
